We carefully select premium domestic hardwoods like maple, walnut, and cherry for their durability and character. Occasionally, we accent our designs with exotic species such as purpleheart, padauk, and cocobolo to create striking contrast and timeless appeal.

Every piece meant for your kitchen or table is created with food safety in mind. We use only closed-grain woods and finish each item with a 100% food-safe blend of mineral oil and natural beeswax—our own GHW Board Butter—to protect and preserve the wood’s natural integrity.
